Both air freight and sea freight are scheduled every three weeks. Message us to confirm the next departure and package cutoff date.
How long does shipping take?
Air freight transit is approximately two days after departure. Sea freight transit to Tema is approximately 6–8 weeks after departure. Customs, warehouse processing, and final distribution can take additional time.
Where is your U.S. warehouse?
Our U.S. receiving and processing warehouse is in Frederick, Maryland. Please contact us for the exact drop-off address and instructions.
Where is your Ghana warehouse?
Our Ghana receiving and distribution warehouse is in Pokuase, Accra. Sea freight arrives through Tema before onward handling.
Are home and store pickups really free?
Yes, we do not charge a separate fee for scheduled home or store curbside pickups. Pickup scheduling, geographic coverage, and store participation must be confirmed. International freight charges still apply.
Do you offer same-day pickups?
Same-day pickup scheduling may be available. Contact our team to confirm availability for your location and preferred time.
How much does shipping cost?
